Q Interactive encourages employees to get involved and make a difference in both internal and external community events:

Founded in 2000, Q Cares is a grassroots philanthropic group that brings together the talents, time and financial resources of Q employees and the company to serve the needs of the communities in which we live and work. Q Cares is a unique group that is entirely employee-driven. All the money is raised by employees, and all the activities are run by a volunteer committee of Q employees. Over the years,  Q Cares has raised nearly $35,000 for non-profit groups.  Recent Q Cares-supported events include The Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization's Y-ME Race and Wishing Tree Charitable Donations.

Q Crew is a group of staff members that organizes social events that are inclusive, fun and contribute to the overall culture of the organization.  The group is typically responsible for organizing annual programming such as Bring Your Kid to Work Day—April,  Annual Family Picnic—August  and the Holiday Party—December. The group has also served as the point for grassroots events such as Scavenger Hunts, Cinco de Mayo parties, Chili-Cookoffs, Sport sponsorships and more.
